RankDeck by Notchbird
RankDeck terms
These terms apply to RankDeck by Notchbird, a separate Mac app from Notchbird. RankDeck is made by Donncha O'Toole, trading as Notchbird, at Bellevue House, Bellevue Demesne, Delgany, Co. Wicklow, A63 YE81, Ireland. Contact [email protected] or +353 83 448 6980 about purchases, support or complaints.
Before you buy
RankDeck requires an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later. It is an App Store keyword research app. Rankings are current search observations; demand and difficulty are estimates from public App Store results, not Apple search counts or a promise of downloads. App Store requests require an internet connection.
Your licence
The price is $39 USD, paid once. There is no subscription or free trial. A RankDeck licence is required before you can use the app. A Notchbird licence does not include RankDeck.
Your licence permits up to two active installations for your use. Activate with the licence key supplied with your purchase. You can deactivate an installation to free a place when moving to another Mac. Keep your key private.
RankDeck updates are included. Activation and periodic licence validation require an internet connection. An activated installation can work offline until its signed licence grant expires, normally seven days after validation. This uses your Mac's clock.
Payment and delivery
Stripe processes your payment and shows the total before you pay. We are not VAT-registered. A successful purchase will provide a download and licence key through a private receipt and purchase email. Keep the purchase email for recovery and support.
Refunds and problems
You can request a full refund within 14 days of payment without giving a reason. See the RankDeck refund policy. A full refund ends the online licence entitlement. Existing signed offline grants expire according to their stored expiry and your Mac's clock; this is not immediate offline revocation.
If RankDeck does not work as described, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
