RankDeck refunds
This refund policy applies to RankDeck purchases.
14 days, no reason needed
Email [email protected] within 14 days of payment to request a full refund. Include your purchase email address or order reference. You do not need to give a reason or send your card details.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank. A full refund ends the online RankDeck licence entitlement. After the app next validates the licence, it cannot renew its grant. An existing offline grant expires according to its stored expiry and your Mac's clock.
RankDeck requires activation before use and has no free trial. This policy does not change your statutory rights, including remedies where software does not work as described. Contact us about a problem even if more than 14 days have passed.
